Returns Policy

Cape Coffee provides a straight forward returns and exchange policy that enables you to exchange any item purchased through our website on the condition that the item is returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, and that the item is in resalable condition (it shows no sign of use, wear or damage and is returned in the original manufacturers packaging). Consumables (filters for example) must be in their original and unopened packaging.

Please note that we don’t provide a refund on purchased items unless they meet the conditions of our refund policy (see below). Our returns policy does not include the cost of return postage. This cost must be borne by the purchaser. Please choose your purchases carefully.

Refund Policy

We will happily provide you with a refund on any item purchased through our website provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item was faulty or damaged
  • The incorrect item was shipped or the item does not match what was displayed on the website
  • The item was unavailable or out of stock at the time of purchase
  • The item was damaged during shipping

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

At Cape Coffee we love a good coffee, naturally. We also love the Wet Tropics of Far North Queensland.

Fortunately for us the tablelands that run parallel with the coast from south of Cairns up to Mt Malloy have some of the best coffee growing conditions in Australia and some wonderful, boutique coffee producers.

The AeroPress coffee maker and Bodybrew Bod cold brew coffee system are our coffee making tools of choice and go with us when we're in the rainforest, out on the Great Barrier Reef or visiting the coffee farms.

Watch out for some delicious North Queensland coffee beans in our shop in the near future.
